POST request: `charts_storage_url/charts_storage_api_version/charts?client=client_id&user=user_id`

### Request body

| `content` | Chart content |
| `symbol` | Chart symbol (example: `AA`) |
| `resolution` | Chart resolution (example: `1D`) |
